"I wanted to say 'Thanks' for your personal attention to my recent generator repair, the generous discount, and to let you know what a great asset Dan Morrison is to your Service department. He was friendly, personable and professional both in person and on the phone, and went out of his way to help.
When I realized I did not bring the ignition key with me when I dropped off the generator, Dan was still there after his scheduled “quitting time” when I returned and insisted he didn't mind taking the key back in. When the repair was completed on the day I was planning to leave on vacation, he saved me 50 miles of driving the wrong way and a late start on my much needed escape by letting the repaired unit sit there a few days. He graciously came out and brought help to unload the generator from my truck and to reload it after repair. Each time I drove away from your lot I realized that it was a pleasant experience primarily because he was so good at his job. Please pass my thanks to him.
On a more personal note, thanks for loaning Ryan a vehicle so that he could join our family in Richmond for some post-Thanksgiving family time. We missed Stacey, but knew that she was enjoying her time with you and her own family. Ryan got to spend hours with his dad, brother and some friends in the workshop adjusting cams on a lathe, then came in to get his mom set up to read on her new Kindle. "I am writing to you to compliment your staff at the Woodbridge branch as they really helped me out last night after the dyno day. I was riding my bike and I turned to look behind me, my visor split off and was almost ripped off of my helmet. This happened at about a little after 2000 on Saturday. I rolled over to Coleman’s to see if anybody was still there after the dyno meet to find a replacement visor. Luckily, Spider and RJ were still there closing up and I explained the situation to them. I had an upcoming safety ride on Monday with my unit’s motorcycle club and I needed to new visor to make the ride. Spider searched throughout the store to see if he could find just a replacement visor but when he couldn't he hooked me up with an incredible deal on a new helmet that I basically needed to make the ride on Monday. I have so much appreciation for their help that night and am incredibly grateful. Kelly answered when I called, and immediately made the necessary arrangements to have Eric pick me and the bike up. |"Of course I waited too long to comment so I can't remember the service manager's name at the falls church location but WOW! I had an oil leak in a brand new can am DS 70 atv so I called. I wasn't too upset about the oil leak, it's a machine after all, but really did want it repaired as quickly as possibly so we could get back to riding....after all we had only had it for about 4 weeks. I'm not saying they moved me to the front of the line, but everyone in the falls church shop went out of their way to get my daughter's atv in and checked out. The repairs were a little more time consuming than I had hoped, they had to order a part, but it was back in a week, right on time and the repair was above and beyond (warranty work) to ensure the problem was addressed correctly the first time. Professional, courteous and genuinely concerned about customer service and representing in my case the can am brand. My best ATV service experience ever. "|

|" Last summer was my first experience with the Falls Church location of Coleman's. As my wife and I walked into the location we were greeted by Bernard Wilson. Bernard spent close to an hour with us that evening, sharing his knowledge about motorcycles, and helping us the way a family member would. This type of service left a lasting impression on us. I knew I would be back! We didn't purchase our motorcycle there, but did return to purchase my gear and have service done on our motorcycle. Last week I was approached by a close friend, who was interested in looking for a used motorcycle. I explained to him the type of service we received from Bernard and the entire staff @ Falls Church. I wanted him to have the same opportunity to experience this type of service first hand. This morning we drove to that location and started looking around @ the used selection. Fortunate for us Bernard was working. He remembered me by name, greeted us with a smile, shook our hands and welcomed me back to Coleman's. Not only did Bernard help Dave find what he was looking for, but was able to get him a great deal and introduced him to Donnie in the accessories dept. My friend Dave was able to get great service from both of these associates. On many occasions with regards to sales and general management at this location, I have sworn to never shop at Coleman Power Sports again, BUT, every time I have had the opportunity to speak or deal with Greg, I reconsider. Imagine a mechanic that actually realizes many of his customers have an IQ over 50 and are capable of understanding mechanics. I've gotten many valuable tips and recommendations from Greg. A 2007, 2 weeks old bike shouldn't have problems. First Honda I've owned (out of 5) with problems, and getting this taken care of has proved to painful. I fully expected such a new bike, experiencing problems would elevate the service speed. A powerful blow to Honda, the GL1800, and any type of Warranty type situation. |"I would like to take a moment to let you know that those in your service department are GODS! I recently brought in my (Coleman purchased) bike for routine service and several housekeeping items, all of which were done to the usual level of perfection. One unexpected item involved the sheering of a gas tank holding bolt. Now, this particular make/model has always suffered a 'buzzing' tank, so much that Honda has inserted a rubber spacer between tank and frame as a factory part. Your crew's solution to the sheering fixed not only the bolt, but brought the tank to mate with the frame so well that even Honda's rubber spacer is no longer needed!! A tight tank AND No Buzzing!! Someone needs to tell Honda. I would be remiss if I did not mention that your service manager, Heath McKee, has always been remarkable. He is adept at managing people and issues on both sides of the counter and his mechanical prowess is matched only by his sense of fairness.
