 Orders given free freight will be shipped UPS ground or USPS
 Exchange orders are excluded from the Free Shipping promotion
 Orders are shipped from one of distribution centers across the country. Our logistics experts determine the quickest, most efficient route to get you your stuff as quickly as possible. There will be cases where some items will have to be shipped cross country and require 5+ days of shipping.
 Product, excluding hazardous, tire and oversize fees, must total $39.99 or more to receive promotional shipping offer.
 Tire, hazard and oversize fees are not waived by the promotional shipping offer. These fees will be explicitly stated throughout the checkout process, no surprises.
 Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout in order to receive promotion.

Online Parts & Accessories - With respect to items sold by us, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by us and/or our dealers.

Coleman Powersports Price Matching

If you find a lower advertised price from an authorized U.S. dealer on an in-stock product, contact us and we'll do our best to match that price. All price match requests are handled at the sole discretion of Coleman Powersports. OEM parts are not included in our price matching policy.

How to submit a price match request:
 Add the item(s) in question to your shopping cart and use the Price Match Form found HERE to submit the price match request (if you have other items in your shopping cart as well that is fine)
 After review of the request, Customer Service will contact you by phone or email with instructions on how to place your order

 Only advertised prices are matched. Offers requiring customers enter coupon codes or other extra steps are excluded.
 Competitor must be an authorized U.S. dealer.
 Product must be new and in stock in the same model, size, color and year (if applicable)
 Any applicable shipping and/or handling fees will be included when calculating the price difference.
 Items priced less than $50 are not eligible to be price matched
 Coleman Powersports promotions may not necessarily be earned or applicable for all price-matched orders.
 If you have already placed an order with us, we cannot price match on it unless the order still has a status of "In Process"

Coleman Powersports Returns and Exchanges

If your order arrives and it is not right we'll fix it, NO NONSENSE, we promise. You must contact Coleman Powersports for a Return Authorization prior to sending the item back. Doesn't fit? You can return or exchange any new, non-closeout, unused and unaltered item within 15 days of receipt. If you need longer then 15 days let us know.

 If you are exchanging merchandise and would like the new items shipped out prior to us receiving the old items it is not a problem. Your credit card will be authorized and charged for the cost of the new items, as well as a $8.49 cross ship charge. The new items will ship out immediately Once we process the items you are returning, a refund back to your credit card for those items will be made

 All refunds must be pre-approved and will be issued via the original form of payment.
 All OEM parts returned will be subject to a 15% restock fee. If you have any questions or doubts regarding fitments/ color please let us know prior to ordering the part to avoid the restocking fee and time lost.
CLOSEOUT PRODUCTS - All Sales are final, even for exchanges. No exceptions other than defective product / warranty issues. If you are concerned about sizing please contact us prior to ordering.

Used / Damaged / Blemished Merchandise
 Any merchandise which shows signs of use cannot be returned
 We need to be able to resell all merchandise that is returned, and for liability issues and to protect our other customers we can not resell used merchandise. We do not sell used products.

Packaging / Tags
 Please make sure all original packaging, tags, etc are included and intact
 If you are missing tags, please contact us prior to return
 Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag.
 Items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, or components, or hangers will be returned to the customer.

Hard Parts, Tools, Tires
 Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non returnable
 Tools which have been removed from their packaging are not returnable

No returns or exchanges on:
 Electrical parts- (if an item is DOA let us know and it will typically be handled under warranty)
 Oil, paint, and other hazardous materials
 Fiberglass parts, including bodywork, undertails and huggers
 Closeout Items (will be clearly noted as such) Defects
 Each manufacturer has their own warranty policy. Coleman Powersports will assist customers in their warranty returns, however Coleman Powersports does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold. Process:

Step 1: Request a return authorization number (RA#) online HERE or by phone.

Step 2: A customer service representative will authorize the return, and an email will be sent with a RA#. Please print this email and include it in the shipping box along with all product tags and packaging. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. It will arrive damaged. Returns should be sent pre-paid by the carrier of your choice (although we recommend UPS or FedEx) to:

Please retain your return tracking information. Coleman Powersports is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.

Warranty Returns: Most manufacturers offer an additional warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine if a warranty is available for a specific contact us via email or call us toll free at our number.
 Please note warranty processing may take up to 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.

Damaged Goods: Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer then any of us would like!
 * Certain items may not qualify for an exchange or to have their restocking fees waived. Read this page in full for the exclusions, other items not detailed as being excluded on this page which are excluded will be clearly marked on the product page as well as on the "View Shopping Cart" page.
