" My overall experience with Coleman Powersports (Falls Church) was and is still magnificent. Mitch Mills and Bernard Wilson are simply THE BEST! Both of these associates have welcomed me each time I have visited this location. Super friendly, motivated and experienced about their specialty. Full of advice and having a sincere desire to help the customer find what they are looking for instead of selling them something they don't need. My wife and I have really been taken back by the level of Fanatical Customer Service these two associates display each and everytime we have an encounter.
Mitch Mills rises above the standards everytime we see each other. A friendly smile, "Good morning, or afternoon, good to see you, what can I help you with today?" This guy to GOOD, really GOOD! A true asset.
Bernard Wilson was our first encounter. My wife and I came to Coleman Powersport looking for a new bike. We must have spent close to an hour with Bernard on our first visit. This guy is an encyclopedia of knowledge. Not one time did he pressure us or ask us about money or financing. He was ver patient with us, gave some awesome recomendations (because I am a new rider) answered all of our questions and treated us like people he has known all his life. I can't get over how great our experience was and continues to be here.
Thanks so much for spending the time training your associates to interact with your customers the way you do. I have truly been spoiled with this level of service. I won't buy from any other place, and I won't take my bike to any other service dept, because of these two outstanding associates. Please keep up the good work. GOOD JOB!

Although it took a while to complete the job I am please with the professional manner in which Kelly and her staff handled the situation. Their service was above at 5 Star rating. "It has been a long time since I had rode a motorcycle. I used to race motocross in the early days, yamaha 360mx, honda elsinor etc.I picked a ducati s2r 1000 monster. I live in southwest virginia where some of the best mountain roads are located. I have found the perfect bike thank you Ducati for making this bike. what a blast!
I recommend this bike to anyone considering riding on a winding mountain road it's got the power and the most incredible handling.You can roll with the rockets or the harley's. thank you.

"I just bought my first bike and needed a helmet. Daniel Naghdi helped me buy one. He was a great salesman. He gave me good info on how to fit and size a helmet. Most importantly, he did not at all pressure me into buying more than I needed. He gave me a good assessment of the best value for the money - a $200 Shark I think was the one he recommended - and then also accomodated my desire to spend less (as a novice and a cheapskate) and helped me get the best helment in my price range. I ended up with a HJC CL15, which is working out great. He is exactly the kind of salesman that will make me come back to your store whenever I need anything else. Just wanted to give you the feedback!"

"On Vacation & Road Trip. Brand New 2007 GL1800 experienced problems. Sure they took the bike in, but getting fast service while on vacation wasn't as quick as expected. A 2007, 2 weeks old bike shouldn't have problems. First Honda I've owned (out of 5) with problems, and getting this taken care of has proved to painful.
I fully expected such a new bike, experiencing problems would elevate the service speed.
A powerful blow to Honda, the GL1800, and any type of Warranty type situation.
Hopefully, Coleman will pull through and renew my love of the Honda line of Motorcycles.

"In March 2006, I purchased my second new Star motorcycle from Colemans. The second week of April, I took it in for it's 600 mile scheduled maintenance. One of the porters had a mishap while moving my bike out of the service area, and totaled the bike. I can't say enough about Scott in Service and James, Eric & Brett in sales, the entire team really stepped up and took care of me. The had me a duplicate bike in less than a week! I've had great service for several years, and I intend to continue patronizing the Coleman stores.

"I called your store looking for a cover for my husband's Ranger. Spider was kind enough to help me over the phone with the purchase. He went so far as to locate a Ranger on the floor and measure it to make sure the cover will fit. Finally, your store was the only business out of three I called who has a rep take the time to go beyond "no, we don't have what you're looking for." Spider provided excellent service. I truly appreciate it. My husband will, too, when he won't have to sit on snow and ice frozen to the seat while plowing the drive (like he had to last year)!!!

I just attended the International motorcycle Show yesterday and met Marvin Bennett in the Ducati area. Marvin really impressed me with his friendly, personable nature and his obviously HUGE amount of knowledge of motorcycles and motorcycling. Marvin really took great interest in my needs and gave my wife and I a "Grand Tour" of the Ducati line. I really learned a lot from Marvin. Then I discovered that he works at Coleman Powesports. I should have known, because he was so good. He is a true asset to the Coleman Team. This encounter is what made me think about all the terrific treatment I've received at Coleman. Matt Ross has taken personal care of me ever since I started buying motorcycles. I have bought six motorcycles at Coleman in five years and I'm about to buy three more this month (yes, three). The main reason I go to Coleman is the treatment I get from the sales force and particularly Matt Ross. "T" has also been VERY good to us, knowsw everything about bikes, and has tremendous patience (necessary when dealing with people who change bikes as often as I do). I honestly recommend all my friends and acquaintances to Coleman - because I have always been impressed with everything from the accessories dept to the AWESOME service department and of course, I can't say enough good things about the sales team. (I have even secretly fantasized about joining them) I feel bad for not having said it before, I have always been treated very well at Coleman and I will keep coming back as long as you have motorcycles.
Anyway, please know that your team at Falls Church is going a very long way to make customers feel good and I personally look forward to every time I need to get into a new bike. Thank you very much."

"I would like to take a moment to let you know that
those in your service department are
GODS!
I recently brought in my (Coleman purchased) bike for routine service and several housekeeping items, all of which were done to the usual level of perfection. One unexpected item involved the sheering of a gas tank holding bolt. Now, this particular make/model has always suffered a ‘buzzing’ tank, so much that Honda has inserted a rubber spacer between tank and frame as a factory part. Your crews’ solution to the sheering fixed not only the bolt, but brought the tank to mate with the frame so well that even Honda’s rubber spacer is no longer needed!! A tight tank AND No Buzzing!! Someone needs to tell Honda.
I would be remiss if I did not mention that your service manager, Heath McKee, has always been remarkable. He is adept at managing people and issues on both sides of the counter and his mechanical prowess is matched only by his sense of fairness.
